Mold Inspection
Trained inspectors will inspect your property and home thoroughly, including basements and attics, to detect fungal growth and/or sources of moisture problems and water intrusion. Our inspectors are certified by Environmental Solutions Association (ESA), which is an organization involved in the development of mold detection standards and protocols. Throughout an inspection, photos are taken to document the inspection process and findings.

Canine Mold Scan
We use the power of canine nose to detect the presence of mold. During a canine scan, the canine is led through the building/rooms. The canine will alert at locations where there may be hidden mold. Trained mold detection canines are the best tools to find hidden mold.

Mold Sampling and Testing
If any area is suspected of having fungal growth, a sampling is recommended and carried out to verify the finding and identify the type of mold present. Samplings include air, tape, a swab, a wall cavity, or a bulk sampling. Such sampling is done in accordance with ESA protocols and requires proper handling and documentation of samples. Analysis is done by an independent, AIHA Environmental Microbiology-accredited laboratory.
