Comprehensive Mold Inspection

Trained inspectors will inspect your property and home thoroughly including basements and attics to detect fungal growth and/or sources of moisture problems and water intrusion.  Our inspectors are certified by Environmental Solutions Association (ESA), an organization leading the development of mold detection standards and protocols.  Throughout an inspection, photos are taken to document the inspection process and findings.

Sampling and Testing

If any area is suspected of having fungal growth, sampling is recommended and carried out to verify the finding and identify the type of mold present.  Samplings could include air, tape, swab, wall cavity or bulk sampling.  Such sampling is done in accordance with ESA protocols and requires proper handling and documentation of samples.  Analysis is done by an independent, AIHA Environmental Microbiology Accredited Laboratory.
